In depth

Verdict

Cocacobana has already won at Wincanton and Uttoxeter this season and, though now on a career-high mark, has to go on the short-list. Sandynow returned to winning ways at Uttoxeter six weeks ago and has only been put up 5lb while Dun See Dee clearly didn't take to fences last time and will be happier back over the smaller obstacles. Saintly Lady will probably need this but Kathleens Pride has gone well fresh in then past and winning pointer Sir Mattie wasn't disgraced on his reappearance at Ffos Las. Jeremy Scott's yard is in fine form so we'll take a chance on his PERICOLOSO, who is lightly raced and on an upward curve. His pedigree suggests he'll appreciate today's step up in trip and he doesn't look badly treated on his handicap debut.
