    Verdict

There's more than a good chance that both Village Green and Vivacious Way will have improved markedly from their opening runs at Salisbury and Ascot respectively but the form book suggests KEYAADI should take all the beating. He'll be a short price and it's a little worrying to see Roger Varian putting a hood on his gelding but he's the one to beat on a couple of runs on good to soft ground in the spring and will strip fitter for his latest third over a mile at Lingfield. Aureolin Gulf was third at Warwick last time while Peak Storm has a chance on last year's form though, like newcomer Far East, may need this.
