Verdict

Cheat The Cheater was just touched off in a novices' handicap over course and distance last month. He finished a long way ahead of Nutin Fancy at Ffos Las earlier and has every chance of going one better today. Moorlands Mist is another with form at the track and could go close if handling the step up in trip while Silver Commander looks to be improving and appears to be the stable pick ahead of Regal Presence. Big Jer, Perfect Candidate and Master Todd are others to consider but VALLEY LAD should take all the beating if reproducing his second to Le Beau Bai in a much better race at Ffos Las in November, his only previous try over 3m.
