In depth

Verdict

Timetoring could go close here if returning in the same mood as when winning easily at Ffos Las in April. But he's conceding a stone to ROYAL MILE, who had plenty left in the locker when making a winning reappearance in a conditionals' race over C&D 11 days ago. David Pipe's charge deserves a chance to show that performance was no fluke. Desperate Dex won at Wincanton last month but Notabotheronme was never travelling when favourite at Uttoxeter and pulled up. For The Staff could be well treated on his form in Ireland but will have to prove he retains all of his old ability.
