    Verdict

Casablanca Minx can defy a penalty to account for Milton's Keen, Libre and Right Option in the finale. Casablanca Minx returned to winning ways for new connections at Wolverhampton thanks to a decent handicap mark, and despite a 6lb penalty, should go close in what is not a strong race on paper. Milton's Keen is still a maiden but has finished runner-up on four of his last five starts, and as long as conditions do not dry out too much, can reach the frame again. Libre has not won since 2005, but has Lorraine Ellison on board and will appreciate a decent gallop, while the equally experienced Serena Brotherton partners Right Option who finally got his head in front in a poor seller on the Lingfield Polytrack in June. That is as good as he is, and we have no hesitation in nominating Casablanca Minx for further success.
