In depth

Verdict

An ordinary looking seller which can be shortlisted down to three. Namely: Leeping Brave, Purple Dancer and Lord Chamberlain with the vote going to the last named. Trained locally by Milton Bradley Lord Chamberlain has caught the eye without winning lately. His second at Warwick to Uhuru Peak reads well and since then has not been beaten far in his latter races. He is limited in his ability and at the age of twelve is getting no younger. But we feel he is one to keep on the right side of. Leeping Brave is another worth noting in the market as this is a drop in grade for him and with conditions to suit he will have his supporters as will Purple Dancer who is less exposed than most and her third at Leicester last time out reads well so is one to note. But for the winner we return to Lord Chamberlain.
