        Verdict

        Guishan beat Viva Verglas and Whaleweigh Station at Southwell last month but seems to save her best for that track. Soaring Spirits beat Diamond Lady at Lingfield recently and, raised only 2lb, is preferred to another recent winner in Spellmaker. But SECRET ASSET makes more appeal having slipped 18lb down the handicap last year and finally showing some benefit when third at Kempton last month. He finished ahead of Lady Brigid on that occasion and looks up to landing this off the same mark.
