In depth

Verdict

Mike Appleby has sent three down to Chelmsford today but Walk Like A Giant has turned in a couple of shockers since the turn of the year. Pirate Cove is thoroughly exposed and weakened quickly at Lingfield last month after pulling hard while Evacusafe Lady folded tamely at that track on Monday. Great Expectations missed the break and then met trouble in-running here on Sunday but has still to prove he stays this far. INDIA'S SONG (NAP) was returning from a lengthy absence when winning at Kempton in December. She's 4lb higher here but Milly Naseb again takes off 7lb and she's shown more progress than her rivals over the last 12 months.
