The veteran GREEN PARK hasn't won since May which isn't surprising as he's been on a high mark due to his consistency. His second to Kingscroft at Musselburgh last time was another solid effort and this should prove within his capabilities. Beckermet won this a year ago where he was following a similar victory here and he's remained in reasonable form. Dubai Hills beat Polish World over the trip at Redcar in June from a 2lb higher mark but Roker Park seems best at 6f. Nameitwhatyoulike has been racing over further but his two victories to date have been over 6f and a mile so this could be his ideal trip. Dr Red Eye was in winning form earlier in the summer but has suffered in the weights as a consequence.
