In depth

Verdict

NEXT DOOR ended last season prematurely with a win at Ripon in June. She faded in the closing stages of her comeback at Doncaster but looks sure to find more here and may well prove good enough in a modest seller. Betty Boo has paid the price for separating much higher rated rivals in a claimer at Redcar and has been raised 11lb. A J Cook won on fast ground at the same track in June while Angels Calling is slipping back down the weights having been upped 7lb for last year's win at Ffos Las.
