In depth

Verdict

Spiders Star caught Jeu De Roseau in the closing stages to score over today's trip at Beverley last time with the remainder of the field strung out behind them. The latter re-opposes on slightly better terms but it's anybody's guess who will come out best today and, given they're likely to dominate the betting, MASON HINDMARSH could provide a bit of value. He was fourth in better company at Musselburgh last month and, with this longer trip sure to suit and Paul Hanagan in the plate, he's worth chancing. Relative Strength remains in fine fettle but has yet to win on turf in 15 starts.
