    Verdict

Sir Charlie Kunz ran his best race for some time behind stablemate Leaderene at Beverley on Wednesday and is on the same mark. Indira has run here twice, scoring in July and just touched off from a 14lb higher mark last month for which she's been raised again. The lightly-raced Mendalita is held on that last run but Sherman McCoy has won twice in the last three years, both times around here. POETIC VERSE has been in tremendous form on the Flat and over hurdles this summer and with Joe Doyle claiming 5lb John Quinn's charge can continue in the winning vein. Hat-trick seeking Zeus Magic is an obvious threat after completing a double with a battling victory at York and Megan Carberry's claim is a bonus.
