In depth

Verdict

Spirit Of Zeb started favourite at Ayr but couldn't quite find a finishing burst when needed. He's yet to face soft going but should be suited and has every chance here. Rahmah produced two good runs on fast going before a disappointing effort at Yarmouth and may not be suited by the ground. Mark Johnston's newcomer Spinaminnie is out of a mare who has had nine foals and produced seven winners, several at Listed level. She's one to note though this can go to MAKIN A STATEMENT, who had two runs in the spring with the latter an encouraging effort on ground with give at Newcastle.
