Savernake Blue should prove hard to beat here, with Secret Assassin and Best Double seen as the main dangers. Savernake Blue has shaped well on both outings to date at Newbury and gets the chance to atone for a rather unlucky passage on the last of them. Mick Channon's charge lost his place but rallied to good effect, and although only fourth in the end, was beaten only three-parts of a length. There is nothing to fear in this line-up and he should make amends. The main danger appears to be Secret Assassin who has any number of placed efforts, but the feeling is that he has had too many chances already and a place at best beckons. Best Double has not really progressed since a promising second at Goodwood earlier in the campaign bit is worth a mention at least. However, it is Savernake Blue that is the one to be on.
