Verdict

Turbolinas looks to be improving and the runner-up has already franked the form of his Wetherby success. Despite a 7lb higher mark, Kate Walton's charge is one for the short-list here while Funky Munky is better than he showed at Ayr last time. Smokey George didn't take to fences but could be interesting back over the smaller obstacles and Cavite Eta makes his handicap debut having finished second over 2m here last time. AMIR PASHA has won three of his five starts on this track and did well to score over 2m last time, despite finding the trip on the sharp side. Joe Colliver's claim negates his penalty and Micky Hammond's seven-year-old looks the one to beat again.
