BROXBOURNE arrives off the back of a successful campaign on Polytrack and won on Turf at Beverley last year. He wasn't beaten far off today's mark at Wolverhampton last time and can put his proven fitness to good use here by getting back to winning ways. Thecornishcowboy has also won on the all-weather over the winter but was well beaten back on Turf at Newcastle on Saturday. Patavium likes it here and has been jumping but he was only fifth in the race 12 months ago when Arizona John was a close second. John Mackie's course and distance winner is only a couple of pounds higher now and should be thereabouts but most of the remainder are returning from an absence.
