Verdict

Bunratty has been placed four times over hurdles but is jumping fences for the first time in public. BRIDLINGTONBYGONES was also a long-standing maiden over the smaller obstacles but has shown enough over fences to suggest he can end his losing run as his best form is over this trip on good ground. Lough Coi has already won at Leicester and Lingfield but the conditions of this race means he can compete off level weights. He has to go well while Exotic Man has gone close at Wetherby and Musselburgh, though probably needs a bit further. Sparville is a rare runner here for Kim Bailey and will have been well schooled so shouldn't be underestimated.
