Verdict

Sound Advice came back to form at Hamilton last week and is one for the short-list here. He appears to have the beating of Silver Rime and Moheebb on that run. Fellow three-year-olds Icelander and Masters Blazing are also worth a second look while the soft ground will hold no fears for Lockantanks, third at Doncaster 10 days ago. CHOOKIE ROYALE still has his stamina to prove over this extended 7f but clearly found 6f too sharp at Hamilton last time and he was placed twice on soft ground in the autumn. He gets a tentative vote to open his account for the season.
