      Verdict

      The 7f at Haydock proved a little too far for SONGYE on debut but he shaped with plenty of promise nevertheless and can open his account dropped in trip here. Doctor Kehoe, one of three representing Richard Fahey, goes the other way as he had his first run over 5f. He, too, has scope while Twin Turbo showed improvement last time at Goodwood and must also enter calculations. Dominada cost £90,000 so will be expected to pay his way but he may need this.
