Verdict

Needy McCredie usually goes well here and is on a mark she can win races from so has to be on the short-list. CIRCUITOUS has been running well over 7f but has no problems with this shorter trip. He was having his first start since November when runner-up here last month and can go one better. Who's Shirl has won five times including when carrying a huge weight 10 days ago so shouldn't be too inconvenienced by her welter burden this time and must be considered. Indego Blues hasn't been in the best of form but is 4lb lower than when last successful in July so can't be dismissed nor can Celestial Dawn, who is well handicapped at her best.
