Verdict

MASTER RAJEEM was withdrawn from a similar race at Sedgefield on Friday to come here instead. He ran well under a penalty last time, well ahead of Berkeley Avenue, after making a winning debut and the booking of McCoy increases confidence. Gentleman Jon scraped home at Fontwell on his introduction but this looks a better race and he now has a penalty to contend with. Uisge Beatha was only beaten a neck at Newcastle on debut and has to go on the short-list while Rev Up Ruby was third at Musselburgh in January. Beaujolais should improve on his Doncaster fourth and looks the pick of the remainder.
