David Evans has made a solid start with his juveniles and Just Marion shaped pleasingly on debut when filling the minor placing behind Tiggy Wiggy at Kempton. She should progress from that and looks to have strong claims but CHESTER DEAL has also caught the eye. Jo Hughes' inmate has been noted making late progress on both starts, notably when a promising fifth of 14 behind Ahlan Emarati at Bath last time - he should be spot-on now. The rest with a run to their name must improve significantly so Loretta Martin, a Channon newcomer, looks better short-list material.
