Verdict

Recent 6f winners Escape To Glory and Piscean look high enough in the weights but Lord Ofthe Shadows has decent claims on his latest close-up fifth at Newbury where Kakatosi was well beaten. Noble Citizen posted one of his better efforts at Kempton last time with the disappointing favourite Mizwaaj behind but preference is for VERSE OF LOVE. He didn't get the best of runs when fifth at Chester on his latest start but is progressive and worth another chance here. Konstantin and Picture Dealer arrive in good form but are upped in class.
