Verdict

Blue Knight gets the vote over the likes of Halfwaytoparadise, Jools and Ten To The Dozen. The market should be a good guide to this seller, but based on recent form, Blue Knight is selected to come out on top. Paul Howling's charge is fully exposed, having now had no less than 90 career runs, but he was good enough to win a similar race to this at Lingfield in April, and showed that this was his level when third over the course-and-distance seven-days ago. He travelled well up the far rail that day, and drawn low again in stall three here, must have a sporting chance. Halfwaytoparadise in contrast is still a maiden, and her best efforts have been with some cut in the ground. In addition she has it to do with a high draw. Jools has slipped to a handy mark these days, likewise Ten To The Dozen, but he is still searching for his first ever win. Blue Knight is the pick.
