Verdict

None of these make much appeal but CLEAR FOCUS had been running well before a poor effort in Jersey last time. A winner at Bath, she has the beating of Zafraaj and gets a token vote. The veteran Stonecrabstomorrow won this in 2012 and finished closer over 7f here on his latest start while Perfect Pastime scored over the same trip here back in May. Captain Ryan has slipped down the weights and could pop up at any time.
