    Verdict

Emaara can come back with a bang over the likes of Express Wish, Expensive Art and newcomer Western Point. Like the majority of John Dunlop's inmates, Emaara will probably have improved a great deal from two to three, and it would be no surprise if she opened her account. Certainly her placed efforts last year entitle her to respect, although she was a beaten odds-on favourite on each of her last two starts. Sure to have strengthened up over the winter, she can justify the trainer's decision to keep her over the minimum trip. Express Wish was a bit too keen on his reappearance at Lingfield but was only just beaten over six furlongs. He will need to settle better here but has the ability to go close. So does Expensive Art who has been pulled out of quite a few engagements already this term. She would probably prefer a stiffer test though, while the market is the only way of knowing whether Western Point is expected to take a hand today. Emaara owes her supporters, and can repay them here.
