Verdict

EMPERORS WALTZ finished runner-up against similar rated horses at Beverley last week and gets the token vote but Isobella has claims on her earlier third at Bath, though she was still beaten over six lengths. Weybridge Light has shown improved form over hurdles recently and may be better than his official mark indicates on his return to the Flat and Lisselan Pleasure should also go well having finished second in a four-runner affair over C&D in June. The remainder have it all to do on today's terms.
