Verdict

BOBBY'S DOLL has returned to action in good heart after missing more than year and was only nabbed in the closing stages by remarkable veteran, The Tatling, at Yarmouth last week. She can sustain her improvement this term and post a first career success. Talamahana also looks likely to pick up a low grade sprint handicap at some stage and was close to success here last week when a close second to Interakt. The Haynes charge has compiled a very consistent profile this term and seems sure to go well on a track that clearly suits. Spic 'N Span, a good stable servant, has eight success to his name but seven have been on Fibresand and the other arrived on Polytrack. That lack of winning turf form at this stage of his career is a concern.
