Sir Mark Prescott, who trains the selection in division one of this race, is represented by Libra Romana here but she was a big disappointment when attracting major support on good ground at Lingfield. Viking Warrior has much better form over 7f and has failed to convince over this trip, a remark that also applies to Gypsy Rider, whose victories have been over 6f and 7f including on this track. ABIGAILS ANGEL ran two very good races over the course and distance in mid-summer and could prove good enough in a poor handicap.
