Verdict

Phillipa Tutty and HURRICANE THOMAS have won twice over C&D including the same division of this race last year. He gets a tentative vote to reverse recent form on slightly better terms with Kyle Of Bute. The latter finished second over track and trip a fortnight ago under Serena Brotherton when he had Rub Of The Relic, Tropical Duke and Lucayan Dancer all behind. He looks the one to beat on that evidence, though Grethel posted a better effort last time and could figure. Solis and Twisted have outside claims.
