Verdict

KING KURT is given another chance having been headed close home over course and distance by Discay last time. Kevin Stott's allowance gives him an advantage and he should confirm running with third-placed Flying Power. Bourbon steps up in trip for his handicap debut and is preferred to the veteran Golden Future who scored over 2m at Musselburgh on his latest start. Pontefract winner Danehill Flyer will be grateful for the return to 1m4f but is 9lb higher today and Valentine's Gift has plenty to find with the selection.
