Verdict

Rangi Chase bids to follow up his victory at Thirsk off a 4lb higher mark but TASMANIAN has more scope. Mark Johnston's son of Invincible Spirit only won a maiden at Newcastle earlier this month but had to overcome a tardy start and is learning all the time. Space War, well backed at Wolverhampton last time, could be a danger off bottom weight and Shamaheart is a consistent sort who still looks well treated. My Son Max won a claimer over track and trip last month and can be forgiven his run on the beach at Laytown subsequently.
