Dean Iarracht loves it around here and landed this a year ago from the same mark. However, the classy Simon Walker was on board that day and he's riding Yossi on this occasion. Maybeme gained her only success in 29 starts over 1m4f on soft ground here last month and has plenty to do while Laconicos, who has won once in 72 career starts and never on the Flat, can hardly be trusted despite some fair recent runs. Island Chief ran well enough last time to consider while anything Serena Brotherton rides in these races has to be in with a shout and Kheskianto came very close to losing her maiden tag on her 38th start on Turf over a mile here last time. HERRERA just got up on the line in an apprentice race over the C&D last month and, as these races are generally run at a breakneck pace, her ability to stay the trip can see her home again.
