HIGHLAND WARRIOR bids for a hat-trick and is taken to land it at the expense of Bahamian Ballet and Select Committee. The selection has landed back to back victories at York and Doncaster within the space of a week and is brought out quickly once again with a penalty. He has been well placed by his trainer Paul Midgley who had made multiple entries to benefit his lenient handicap rating. He still looks well treated on his old form and another old bid is expected. Bahamian Ballet showed signs of a come back to form when catching the eye at Salisbury last time out when second to Misaro. He has slipped down the ratings in the past twelve months and is ten pounds well in on is best form of two years ago so any market moves should be noted. Select Committee has been running well in defeat of late and is rarely out of the first three. He was not far behind Feeling Foxy at Doncaster last time out and is once again respected running of the same mark. However Highland Warrior is the real form horse in the race and the hat-trick can be achieved.
