Something appeared to go amiss with Fathom Five at Thirsk last time having landed a hat-trick before that. But Choc 'A' Moca went close again here recently after winning from stall 11 over track and trip previously. He has the beating of Pearl Noir, Ichimoku and Captain Scooby and won a division of this contest last year. Alpha Tauri won on the all-weather again recently but has yet to score in 21 attempts on Turf. Pontefract runner-up Argent Touch has decent claims but a chance is taken there is more to come from the three-year-old filly SINGING STAR after last month's third over track and trip and she gets the nod.
