Verdict

LABISA improved for handicap company last time out and has our confidence to go one better here in front of Special Cuvee and Embsay Crag. That run from the selection was especially pleasing as she was only beaten a neck by a horse setting a new track record. Furthermore it came after a break on quick ground over this trip and with the filly running off the same mark here she should be able to score. Special Curvee won a seller last time and will find life tougher back in this company. That said his mark now looks more realistic than in his last few attempts at handicapping and he should challenge. Embsay Crag competes off a rating just three pounds heavier for winning a weaker contest last time. The negative for this one is that he looks to need softer conditions. More Than Many was disappointing on handicap debut last time after winning a maiden on debut. It is possible is mark was far too high and if that was the case he looks well treated off seven pounds lighter. This looks a little more straight forward compared to the previous races with Labisa getting the vote.
