Verdict

Real Tigress should go well again, despite a 5lb higher mark, having won over a mile here last time. But MISTER MARCASITE has been threatening to take advantage of a slide down the weights and makes more appeal. The latter scored off an 8lb higher mark at Nottingham last year and went very close at the same track on his latest start. Mitchum found only one too good in a Redcar seller last time and Bond Artist was beaten less than a length at Wolverhampton having won on the Polytrack earlier. Prolific on the all-weather, Silly Billy can race off a lower mark on this surface but still came up short at Doncaster last month while Ellaal is another who saves his best for the Polytrack.
