Verdict

A few of these are becoming a bit frustrating to follow so it is course winner HANDSOME FALCON who looks handicapped to strike. Although disappointing at York and Newcastle most recently, Richard Fahey's son of Kyllachy is fancied to bounce back to form. The return to a quicker surface will suit and he represents a trainer in top form. Cotswolds is another fast ground lover who has claims after a fair run behind Vainglory last time at Leicester, whilst Exit Smiling ran well at Ripon last time and has claims off a one pound higher mark. Just Bond's best runs have come on flatter tracks, so a bigger threat may be course winner Captain Macarry although he has stamina to prove conclusively over this trip. Lady Rangali represents a trainer going well however it is Handsome Falcon who we return to for the winner.
