Verdict

A cracking little sprint in which we will take GRAND ZAFEEN to come out on top; On The Bounty can do best of the rest. Last seen in the Queen Mary, Mick Channon's filly was not disgraced and should appreciate the drop in class today. She won at Pontefract on her debut so evidently has no problem with a stiff uphill finish and she can land the spoils. House Of Frills sprang a surprise on her debut in a seller at Redcar, whilst Sheka ran quite well in the Hilary Needler here in May and she has a better draw to work from this evening. Of the three colts in the line-up, most feared is Bould Mover who won with authority at Musselburgh when last seen, although the unbeaten On The Bounty is open to any amount of improvement after his Doncaster debut success. A tricky race, where even Craicattack's selling second to Saxby is working out well, however it is Grand Zafeen who can let her class tell.
