Verdict

Jullundar has never been a bigger SP that 4/1 in his eight starts and supporters must be nearing the end of their tether. He's rarely beaten far but the fast ground is not certain to suit as he lacks a finishing burst. Refer looked in need of experience on his debut at Windsor and is expected to do better while Could Be showed promise at Kempton last month and took on better rivals at Lingfield later. Fenton completely missed the break on his debut and was always struggling so a chance is taken with CHECKPOINT. Gary Moore's charge was trained by Sir Henry Cecil when just touched off by Gospel Choir at Salisbury in July and the winner followed up in tough handicaps at Ascot and Haydock. He ran very poorly on his only subsequent start at Doncaster and, as that can't have been his true form, he taken to bounce back.
