This could prove easy pickings for Spanish Ridge with Mater Cobbler being his main danger. A winner at Salisbury earlier on this season Spanish Ridge ran with credit once again at Goodwood when second to Sir Monty. The handicapper has taken note and things are not getting any easier for him but this looks the perfect opportunity to get back in the winners enclosure. Master Cobbler will prove the biggest threat as he was seen to good effect at Salisbury last time out when second to Colloquail and if reproducing that run will have to be respected but with three pounds to give to the selection he might struggle. Of the others Roman Army should be noted as he comes from a yard in form and his recent form reads quite well. But for the winner we return to Spanish Ridge.
