So what to make of come-from-behind sprinter Burnt Cream? Last of 11 here three starts ago beaten 31 lengths, followed by last of eight at Brighton beaten over 15 lengths and then an effortless cruise to victory. 16 days later at Yarmouth. If the real Burnt Cream stands up and repeats that Norfolk form he'll win, but it's impossible to know if he'll turn up in the same mood. He's also up to a mark of 57, his highest rating since 2010. DOUNEEDAHAND, on the other hand as it were, is genuine and reliable and finally notched a deserved success at Wolverhampton when last seen in April. The absence is a slight concern but the booking of Cam Hardie a real positive and she's taken to back up that Dunstall Park success, especially as her only other victory arrived here last season. Molly Jones posted a second success in 32 starts last time, a first win off a plummeting handicap mark since July 2011. She may find following up a tough task.
