    Verdict

Salutation has been quite highly tried since winning a small race at Nottingham in May. But he looked ready for a rest when disappointing in this grade at Haydock last week and may struggle to give 10lb to BIG THUNDER. Sir Mark Prescott is bringing along the grey in typically patient fashion and, though 8lb higher than when beaten half-a-length on the Polytrack last month, he can get back to winning ways here. Perfect Cracker likes it here though is probably high enough in the weights at present, though still preferred to Lutine Charlie who is 4lb out of the handicap.
