Turner's Touch has been in great form on the all-weather and warrants every respect here, however we will give the vote to Gambling Spirit, with Summer Bounty also expected to run well. Henry Candy had a very poor 2005 by his standards but Gambling Spirit was one of his rare winners. She landed quite a touch when beating some decent types at Lingfield in September and ground excuses can be made for her subsequent effort. She gets in here on a very fair mark and looks the best option. Summer Bounty returned to to turf in style last week, comfortably beating Dove Cottage. If in the same mood this afternoon he should be in the shake up. Turner's Touch has landed two Lingfield handicaps by narrow margins but struggled on the turf last season. He may have progressed since then and cannot be easily dismissed. Jakarmi and Augustine have a squeak if they can transfer their all-weather form to the turf, but Gambling Spirit could have got in lightly here and she gets the verdict.
