Quicker ground might hinder the strong-stayer Deejan and a better bet might be TOUCH OF STYLE. Matthew Salaman's gelding has been outclassed in two recent Sandown runs but back in easier company at a track he likes he should run a better race. Marcus Tregoning has a fine record when his horses sport first-time headgear so Yab Adee may improve markedly with the stable in better form now, whilst Deejan is only 4lb higher than a recent course and distance success. Jenny Soba's new mark may be a little prohibitive, and a bigger threat might be Zelos Diktator or Carter. Aaman is a stout-stayer whose form has tailed off since easy Southwell wins in the winter, whilst Bussell Along is more consistent than many but finds it hard to win.
