Kew The Music has gone close on numerous occasions recently and can gain a deserved victory this afternoon, Hazewind and Lockstock look to be the main rivals. Mick Channon's gelding last tasted victory at Wolverhampton in January, but has put in some gallant races in defeat since. His most recent second to Stoic Leader at Musselburgh is as good as anything else on show and off today's mark he looks worth an interest. At the top of the handicap Hazewind looks the pick. He returned from a five month break to chase home Ballyhurry at Catterick last time. He should step up on that effort and will be hard to keep out of the places. Lockstock is another that has been knocking on the door in similar company and looks set to run a good race. In a very open event Fuel Cell and Master Mahogany can also be given a squeak on the pick of their form, but Kew The Music is the pick of the weights today and gets our vote.
