        Verdict

        Brave Alliance only had to be pushed out to beat Lulu's Gift at Warwick earlier this month. Nicky Henderson's mare will be fancied to follow up here though Scholastica shouldn't be taken lightly having won at Uttoxeter in April, despite running green. Fortuna Rose needs to improve on her Stratford third to figure here, however, and much more interesting is the newcomer RYDE ALONG. From a long line of useful NH performers, Warren Greatrex's mare can make the most of the 7lb she receives from the two previous winners in the race and make a winning debut.
