In depth

Verdict

A chance is taken with Ta Peshala; Jardin De Vienne, Woolly Bully and Temple Place are amongst the dangers. It will be fascinating to see how smart chaser Jacks Craic fares on his return to action and the market should prove useful but we'll take a chance with an unexposed filly from the in-form Henry Daly yard. Richard Johnson has ridden Jardin De Vienne the last twice but switches allegiance to this ex-French performer who has been beaten a total of 125 lengths on her two starts on this island. Selecting her is something of a stab in the dark but it could prove to be a rewarding one. Jardin De Vienne has a ready made replacement for Richard Johnson in Jamie Moore and he looks to be running into form and is respected. Noticeable didn't appear to find a great deal on his second run over hurdles but he has to be considered along with Raise The Heights who is also stepping into handicap company for the first time. Genari is another who may prove capable of better yet whilst Temple Place and Woolly Bully are two with more obvious claims but we'll go out on a limb in search of a bigger reward and take Ta Peshala.
