Splurge ran his best race over fences when third to Any Bets over the C&D last month but that was his 10th start over fences without managing to lose his maiden tag. Westmeath Bachelor isn't the most consistent of performers and appears to need a longer trip and more testing conditions while the remainder are all out of form including LIGHTENING SKY.
