BLACKPOOL BILLY was returning from a two year break when a good second to Alfie Flits at Kelso in November and made a bad mistake when looking the likely winner on his next start at Catterick. He should win his share of races over fences and this looks an ideal opportunity. The Cockney Squire won over hurdles in Ireland and has steadily progressed over fences for Lucinda Russell. He's on a fair mark and should get competitive while the handicapper has given Pamak D'Airy, a winner at Newcastle in November 2009 from a 4lb higher mark, a chance of gaining his third success over fences. Quicuyo's only victory over fences came over the C&D but that was on very heavy ground over two years ago.
